Because of the nature of our services, which include both instant access and live, intensive formats, we maintain clear refund guidelines to ensure fairness, clarity, and alignment of expectations from the start. By purchasing any of our offers, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Refunds for Live 8-Week Cohorts
We offer a 14-day refund window for our live 8-week cohort programs. If you participate in the cohort and decide it's not a fit for you within the first 14 calendar days of the start date, you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@herdesignmediaco.com. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be honored, as access to proprietary frameworks, materials, and live coaching has already been granted.
All refund requests must include your full name, the program you enrolled in, and the reason for your request. This policy is designed to respect your investment while protecting the integrity and value of our intellectual property and live coaching environment.
2. Refunds for Plug-and-Play Infrastructures
Due to the instant-access nature of our plug-and-play infrastructures, templates, and systems, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, we are unable to revoke the content or verify non-usage. We encourage you to carefully read product descriptions, FAQs, and support details prior to purchasing.
3. Refunds for VIP Days
VIP Days require significant upfront time, preparation, and resource allocation from our team. If you need to cancel a VIP Day, you may request a full refund no later than 7 calendar days before your scheduled session. If the refund request is made within 7 days of the scheduled session, a 50% fee will be deducted due to the extensive planning and customization involved. No refunds will be issued once the service has been delivered, whether live or via deliverables, as the work is considered complete.
4. Refunds for Masterclasses
Because all masterclasses are live or instantly accessible digital experiences, no refunds will be provided once your registration is complete. These offerings are typically recorded, and access is delivered immediately or during the live event, therefore making them non-refundable.
5. Responsibility and Acknowledgment
By enrolling in or purchasing any offer from HerDesign Media Co. LLC, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to attend, participate in, and fully engage with the material. We do not offer refunds due to lack of usage, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or changes in business strategy. Refund policies are clearly stated on all sales pages, and by purchasing, you consent to these terms.
6. Technical Access and Communication
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@herdesignmediaco.com. We do not process refund requests via social media messages or third-party platforms. Additionally, any disputes must follow the resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service. Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our team to resolve the issue will result in permanent account deactivation and revocation of access to all current and future offers.
